Patient Becca Tobalenz
Discovery Session
The Medical Intuitive noticed that Becca’s chronic pain had a link to her hip flexor as well as her baby sister’s sudden passing when she was 4. While the pain did not actively appear until she was 47, it was triggered by a foot surgery that affected a nerve in her toes.
Health Coach session: Becca meets with the health coach. She securely and confidentially shares medical documents or assessments from her current health practitioners. With the health coach, she decides that the best start would be to release trapped emotions and stories before getting any more treatments.
Energy Work: Using the Body code & the Belief code, Becca releases trapped emotions from her early childhood that were re-triggered by what is happening today.
Integration: Becca has a Total Body Tuning session that speeds the processing and integration of the releases and gives some immediate relief of her symptoms.
Week 1
Health coach check-in: Becca reconnects with her health coach to report on her experiences and discuss any shift in her pain and associated issues. Together, they decide that it might be useful to have an energy work session once a week for the associated imbalances that have become clearer.
Energy Work: Becca has another Body Code & Belief code session, noticing a reduction in both pain and the associated anxiety as well as realizing that her restless leg syndrome was connected to it the pain.
Integration: Becca’s next Total Body Attunement allows her fewer debilitating pain crises so that she starts to feel like she might have a normal life again.
Medical Treatment: Becca sees her current doctor for an assessment. The doctor is surprised that Becca requires so much less medication and is interested in what she’s doing. Becca connects her doctor with the HTS team.
Week 2
Health Coach check-in: Becca and the health coach evaluate her current experiences as well as checking any tests or results from her medical team. Because her doctor is so pleased with the improvement, she decides to keep doing an energy work session and an integration session for the next two weeks. This week, she also adds in a session with an acupuncturist. Becca has a local practitioner she loves, so she schedules with her.
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs: Becca works with her favorite acupuncturist who she also connects to the HTS team. Together, they discuss the most effective herbal treatments to manage her anxiety.
Energy Work: Becca has another Body Code & Belief code session. This time the practitioner does the releases and sends her the results, giving her more time in her day. Becca realizes that the anxiety is also connected to a hormone imbalance that makes it harder for her to manage stress or too much stimulation.
Integration: Becca’s next Total Body Attunement lets her integrate the shifts quickly. She becomes aware of her triggers and gets some tools to release them herself in the moment.
Week 3
Health Coach check-in: Becca and the health coach decide that it might be time to add an Osteopath or a Craniosacral practitioner to her regimen for gentle physical manipulation.
Energy Work: Becca has another Body Code & Belief code session, doing it remotely again so she can go to her daughter’s play with her husband and son.
Integration: Becca’s next Total Body Attunement means that she integrates the shifts quickly.
Osteopath: Becca works with an osteopath at rebalancing her physical structure, especially her hips, legs and feet but also on her neck and shoulders. What she notices is that the readjustment is easier and feels deeper.
Week 4
Health Coach check-in: Becca and the health coach evaluate what’s working. She is pleased that the osteopathic adjustment is lasting. She decides to skip the energy work and the integration this week and return to her acupuncturist as well as speaking to a nutritionist.
Nutritionist: The nutritionist checks Becca’s diet and recommends some tweaks on her diet and supplement routine. She suggests that Becca add in a prebiotic along with her probiotics to help balance her enteric nervous system.
Medical Intuitive: Becca meets with the medical intuitive to see how her body and spirit are responding. Together they become aware of her progress. The Medical Intuitive gives her more feedback and asks her body how the supplements feel.
Week 5
Health Coach check-in: Becca and the health coach evaluate the previous week. Becca is happy that her energy work is also holding and she feels brighter and more motivated. She’s also calmer and is sleeping better. The restless leg syndrome has disappeared.
Energy Work: Becca works with an acupuncturist who moves qi with her hands rather than needles. She comes out feeling joyful and free.
Integration: Becca’s next Total Body Attunement allows her to notice the places where she has been holding fear. She now has the resources to address her fear immediately. She signs up for her favorite yoga class again.
Week 6
Health Coach check-in: Becca and the health coach evaluate what she’s accomplished. As she’s halfway through the program, she is thrilled to remember that the pain that brought her in rarely appears now.
Energy Work: Becca works with a Reiki practitioner who helps her feels more grounded in her body and helps her release the fear that her pain will return.
Naturopath: Becca is referred to a naturopath who gives her herbal pain and anxiety remedies that she can rely on when she notices an imbalance. She also helps Becca address immune issues that might come up in the future, for her and her family.
Week 7
Health Coach check-in: The health congratulates Becca on her transformation. Becca realizes that she has also shifted her relationship with her family and her past. Currently, she has almost no pain in her hips and a lot more mobility in yoga and other exercise.
Energy Work: Becca has a body code/belief code session that unearths early childhood beliefs. Feeling freer and lighter, she goes out to dinner with her family, equipped with the new knowledge from the Nutritionist.
Integration: Becca’s Total Body Attunement help her have closure in the process and gives her some exciting insights into her future plans.
By week 12, Becca will feel as if she has a new sense of herself and her body. Would this process work for you?
